Entrepreneur Mrs Manidipa Kahali believes in good living and enjoying the finer nuances of life. Good food, according to her, is one of the basic factors that allows one to enjoy a great life.

Interestingly, Manidipa, is also an eminent physicist who heads the Physics department of Ashutosh College which is one of most well known colleges in Kolkata.

A culturally enriched person Manidipa is passionate about food and Bengali culture. A large part of her childhood was spent in Shantiniketan which has allowed her to imbibe the Tagorean philosophy of personal freedom and intellectual right. Her coffee shop was created in order to allow Generation Y a space where they could be themselves, take a break from the rat race and enjoy stimulating conversation over a warm cup of coffee. In her premier coffee shop and restaurant Seedz Beanz & Aroma Manidipa also seeks to promote good food which is an integral part of Bengali good living!
