This coffee is full of rich flavor with cardamom and many a time spices like saffron are also used to give a golden color to the coffee. After the coffee has attained the golden color, very little evaporated milk has been added. But, this practice has been done very rarely. The coffee is poured in a special Dallam pot. The coffee cups are small and these cups are completely devoid of handle. There is a small portion which covers the bottom of the cup.

As Hookah smoking is injurious to health, the state government grants this as a crime and so wants to abolish it. Doctors have also warned the people about the deadly effect of the Hookah smoking and they also said that it will lead an addiction. The state governments want to ban first in the public places. The young generation first uses the hookah as a pastime and also for fun, but, later, without their notice, they gradually developed an addiction to it and which requires doctor’s help to eliminate.
