The present day is all about instant coffee making ideas so many types of gourmet flavours are made available in the market. One can choose accordingly. However in case you want to preserve the traditional aroma of coffee you can buy the unpounded beans. In case you have the powder, don’t worry you can still undergo the process of decoction and attain the desirable strong flavour and froth.

  • What you need to do is to pass steam or water through coffee. Doing this over a period of time you will see that the coffee has settled at the bottom of the container and you will feel the enticing aroma stirring your senses.
  • Now you need a pot where you can boil water as per the measurement of your coffee powder (for 4 teaspoon nearly 600 ml). Keep the fire very low and let it boil slowly.
  • While the water boils you need to prepare the cups. Take four cups and to it add 2 spoon of milkmaid crème each. Adding the crème means you do not need to add sugar into the drink.
  • When the water bubbles you have to remove it from the oven and empty it into the vessel containing coffee. Keep it covered for a few minutes.
  • Next you have to divide the proportion accordingly and add it to the cup that contains the crème. This has to be carefully done so that the contents are not spilled. Now carefully stir it for a few minutes, so that the texture is evened and no extra lumps are left to be dissolved. After having thoroughly mixed the coffee to the crème you can now go for a coffee shake in the jar. This process is specially applied to attain that extra mouth watering froth.
  • After having poured it back to the cup you can either serve it casually or can top it up with chocolate sauce and nutties.

Launch yourself properly in the most relaxing corner of the house, take up the cup, take a long sip, lick the crème and feel liberated!
