There is no doubt about the fact that excessive intake of coffee can lead to disturbances in the smooth functioning of one’s individual life. Coffee intake, to some extent, gives pleasure and energy to a person, especially when he is working. It also helps to avoid drowsiness and anxiety if limited quantity of coffee has been consumed. But, things may turn worse if someone fails to restrict own self from coffee intake.

Intake of caffeine is beneficial for attaining concentration and performance on a focused thought but when it comes regarding broad and macro-level thinking, it will frustrate a caffeine consumer because it will not help during wide and macro-level thinking.
The taste of caffeine is bitter and it is a white crystalline xanthenes alkaloid that acts as a stimulant on human psyche. German chemist Friendlier Ferdinand Rung has isolated caffeine from coffee 1820. Caffeine is used as pesticide for plants and it is found in the seeds of plants. This caffeine pesticide helps to kill insects of the plants and helps the plants to survive.
Over intake of caffeine produce an effect on the heart. Beta adrenergic receptors are bind by caffeine on the surface of the heart muscle cells. This leads to an increase in the level of c AMP inside the cells. The rate of glycol sis has been increased by the huge intake of coffee and the amount of ATP has also been increased which is available for muscle contraction and relaxation.
Enormous intake of caffeine also produces a negative effect upon children just like that of adults. Earlier, there is a notion that if children has been allowed to intake coffee it will hamper in their height-growing. But, later researches prove that notion to be wrong. The effect is the same as that of the adults.
